This policy explains what information Relayy collects, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to studio owners, managers and staff who use Relayy, and to visitors to this website.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number and role, added by you or your studio.
- Work information: schedules, cover requests and answers, shifts, time clock entries, time off, tasks, messages, and documents such as certifications or signed policies.
- Device information: if you turn on notifications, a token that lets us reach your device. Basic logs such as IP address and browser type help us keep the service secure.
How we use it
Only to run Relayy for your studio: asking the right people to cover, sending reminders and announcements, tracking hours, and keeping records your studio asked for. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Text messages
We send texts and automated calls only for your studio's work, such as cover requests, schedule updates, reminders and sign-in codes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Who we share it with
Your studio's managers can see their team's information. To run the service we use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Twilio (texts and calls). We share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your studio uses Relayy. When a studio closes its account, we delete its data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, documents are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links, and access inside the app is limited by role.
Your choices
You can update your details in the app, turn notifications on or off, and opt out of texts. To get a copy of your information or have it deleted, ask your studio or email us. If you're in a state with additional privacy rights, such as California, we'll honor them.
Children
Relayy is for staff of businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
