Questions
Do instructors need to download an app?
No download from an app store. Ciravo installs straight from the website to any phone's home screen in two taps, with notifications. Anyone who doesn't install it still gets texts.
What happens if nobody answers?
Anyone who hasn't answered gets a reminder text halfway through the answer window, then an automated phone call for classes in the next 24 hours. At the deadline you get a text listing exactly who didn't answer, and your on-call instructor is assigned if no one said yes.
Can instructors still say no?
Of course. Saying no is one tap and stops the reminders. The only thing that isn't allowed is silence.
Does it work with Mindbody or my booking software?
Yes. Export your schedule from Mindbody, Mariana Tek, ClubReady, Glofox or any other platform and import the file. Instructors are matched by name or email, and importing again updates classes instead of duplicating them. Live two-way sync is on the way.
Can I schedule front desk and other staff too?
Yes. Plan shifts by role, copy last week, and publish when it's ready — everyone gets a text with their shifts. Staff clock in from their phone, trade shifts with coworkers, and request time off, and open shifts go out for cover the same way classes do.
How long does setup take?
Most studios are running in under 30 minutes: add your instructors and what they're certified to teach, add your weekly classes, and pick an on-call instructor.
How is this different from a group chat?
A group chat asks everyone and hears from no one. Ciravo asks only the people who can teach the class, tracks every answer, follows up with anyone who stays quiet, and tells you the moment the class is covered.
